GRATE TASTE

Azra tea difference

All the things you know about wine are true of tea; the plant varietal, the unique growing conditions, when and how it is harvested, and of course, how it is crafted.

A hopeful future

Our farmers craft more valuable leaf and they are hoping their efforts to create something wonderful will give us something we will be happy to pay for. And you only have to try it to understand that they are not wrong to put their faith in tea and fruits we trade. One sip of their tea and the future looks decidedly more hopeful.

Wood Betony(Dried Stachys lavandulifolia ):The presence of flavonoid and iridoid compounds in the extract of this plant is responsible for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The inhibitory effects of flavonoids on acute and chronic inflammation due to their effect on signaling pathways include the activity of nuclear factor kappab and phosphorylation of MAP lichenase. In addition, flavonoids reduce the accumulation of floating lipids, which are essential for pain signaling, so flavonoids reduce chronic and acute inflammation by inhibiting the accumulation of receptors and the signaling cascade.

  • Kiwi: You’ll need just 2 ripe kiwi for this recipe!
  • Banana: Room temperature! No need to remember to freeze them (which is our pet peeve).
  • Frozen pineapple: This forms the icy base of the puree
  • Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt adds loads of protein to smoothies, making them more filling. It’s also got helpful probiotics for gut health!
  • Spinach: Just a few handfuls of spinach brightens the color here to look…well, just like a kiwi!
  • just blend it!(source:https:www.acouplecooks.com)
